Ceremony Locations Our wedding sites are available for your ceremony any day of the week, any time of the day. Our sites are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Lajitas Chapel – Newly restored with saltillo tile, adobe walls, and hand-painted artistry, this chapel maintains its original 19th-century charm, earning it the designation of Historic Landmark. Maverick Ranch – Located just minutes from the Boardwalk in the shadows of Lajitas Mesa, Maverick Ranch includes 19,000 square feet of lawn area near the outdoor pool and a traditional Gazebo. Banquet and Reception Venues Lajitas Resort & Spa offers a variety of luxurious indoor and outdoor function spaces, accommodating small, intimate groups of twenty guests as well as large groups of up to one thousand guests. There is a twenty-person minimum for banquets.
